A gastronomy-grade technique that transforms raw pandan into something no ordinary herbal tea has achieved — Caramelized warmth and Nutty depth, without a trace of bitterness.

Salt & Sugar Infusion

Dark mature leaves are kneaded and infused with sea salt and raw cane sugar — drawing out essential oils (2-AP) and rebuilding a complex aromatic structure from within.

Flash Roasting

Low-temperature slow roasting eliminates tannin and grassy odour 100%, triggering a Maillard-adjacent caramelisation that yields our signature warm, nutty finish.

Add 5g of loose TÉYA tea — about 2 heaped teaspoons — to your strainer or brewing vessel.

Steep

Pour 90–95°C water and steep for 3–4 minutes. The aroma blooms fully around the second minute.

Serve

Strain and enjoy hot, or pour over ice. Add oat milk for a creamy latte style.
